[ArtSeoul.net] Suh described Paratrooper-1 as being a kind of self-portrait, describing his experience of going to the United States for the first time. A shiny, metallic soldier pulls 3,000 taut, pink strings linked to the signatures of different people, sewn into a kind of parachute on the wall.
"If there's no parachute, then the soldier dies. He has to use it. But when he finally lands, he has to fight in a completely unknown territory. That's something I felt when I went to the United States. It's a parachute that is directly tied into your life," he said.

"Our patterns are influenced by e-mail and chat rooms," said Georgie Stout, a designer with the 2 x 4 design group in New York, referring to a wall-covering with giant periods and commas.

A growing number of web sites are adding an RSS "feed" to their site. Most of the time, you'll find the feed(s) by looking for a little button or link that says "XML", "RSS", or "Syndicate this site". When you see the button or link- you've found the feed for that site. An RSS "feed" is the website's way of alerting subscribers that the website has been updated. It feeds subscribers the latest updates that have occurred on the web site.
